Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC

  • The Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC team will introduce and educate you about concrete and will then work with you on a color, style and design that works best for you and your space
  • Measurements are completed – This is either done at your space or we use architectural plans given to Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC
  • Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC will create a single complimentary design for the assigned space
  • The complimentary design is priced by the Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC team. Once the design is priced, if there are any changes made by all parties, except the Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC team, Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC will then need a $500 design deposit to continue process (the $500 deposit is non-refundable and does go towards the cost of your concrete). However, if Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC feels they have spent more time than agreed upon, a $100 an hour charge will begin to accrue on the final statement, this will not be done without the knowledge of all parties.
  • The design is then perfected and priced once all changes are made to give the most accurate cost
  • The design and cost is then agreed upon by both parties and a 60% deposit (the $500 design deposit goes towards the 60% deposit) is then given to Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC
  • Once the deposit is received, you will then be placed on the Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC calendar and notified when installation will take place. Installation does depend on the status of other items that Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC is not responsible for, due to that fact, Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC tries to accommodate to the customer's schedule but cannot be responsible if the client is not ready for Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC's product
  • If the client's product is completed and ready for installation, but the client is not prepared for installation, a 2% warehousing fee of the total job, per 15 business day period will be allocated toward the final statement
  • 30 % of the final cost is due before shipping and installation
  • Installation is done by the Ben Nettles Concrete Design LLC team and is not sub-contracted
  • 10%, or the remainder of the final cost is due after installation

    • Important Note about Samples:


  • If needed, custom samples are available upon request and are subject to pricing. If job is accepted by client, the sample fee will go towards the final cost.

    • Important Note about Concrete:


  • Concrete is a natural and porous material that may stain or develop hairline cracks. Hairline cracks when they do occur, are generally around the sink void or other knock-outs in the counter top. Ben Nettles Concrete Design, LLC is not responsible for the hairline cracks and chips that may develop during the curing process and after removal from the mold, both of which can be repaired if client desires. Lead times subject to change. I have reviewed this quotation and accept it in lieu of a contract to proceed with the above described project.
